New Trash Removal Service:
Statement from LRS:
We’re pleased to inform you that beginning August 1, 2025, LRS will be your new waste service provider.
Cart Deliveries and Removals:
LRS containers will be delivered between July 25 and July 31.
During this time, WM (your previous provider) will also be collecting their containers. Please ensure all WM carts are placed in a visible and accessible location for removal.
We understand this overlap may create some temporary confusion and sincerely appreciate your patience during the transition.
What to Expect:
If your current container is removed, a new LRS container will be delivered shortly after.
You do not need to contact anyone unless you have not received an LRS container by July 31.
LRS carts will be clearly labeled.
Your pickup day will remain the same unless otherwise communicated.
You may notice LRS and GHW / Downtown Disposal trucks in the area during this time, as our services will be supported in partnership with GHW.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the City of Indianapolis Mayor’s Action Center directly at 317-327-4622.
Thank you for welcoming us into your community, and we look forward to servicing you.
Sincerely,
The LRS Team
