2024 BUDGET

The budget for 2024 was approved at the November 2023 Annual Meeting, and may be accessed here. The Board and Members present at the 2024 Annual Meeting agreed to a $25 annual increase of assessments to $225 per year per HOA property to cover increased operational expenses.
