Highlights of information shared & discussed at the annual meeting, which will held at the Oaks Academy (2301 N. Park Ave) on Wednesday November 15, 2023 at 7pm, will be the following:
- Elect three members to the HOA Board
- Review and approve the 2024 budget
- Discuss 2023 completed projects
- Discuss 2024 proposed projects
- Update on the proposed development on the NW & SW corners of 25th and Delaware Streets
The HOA Board meets monthly on the second Monday of each month. Meeting starts at 7pm and last one hour. Board meetings are open for public viewing, and if time allows the HOA Board may accommodate public comment. Virtual meeting link below.

We're getting a big load of mulch delivered this Friday, so we need your help spreading it at Craig Kids Memorial Park this Saturday morning 8/19, 930am - 12 pm.
Shovels and rakes are always good to bring, and we can never have too many wheelbarrows. Kids are encouraged to help!
“We are excited to announce the return of the Fall Creek Block Party! Bring your friends on Friday, July 28th from 5pm - 8pm, for night of music, food, kid’s games, and outdoor community fun. Doo! Band will be on our event stage with their high energy style on full display, while MashCraft and A Taproom will have beer and wine for those who are 21 and over.
Come out to gather safely with your friends and neighbors!”

The 2023 FCP HOA assessment notices have been mailed out to members, and should be arriving early next week. The annual assessments are $200.00 and are due by July 15, 2023.
We have already received a few payments from HOA members for the 2023 dues, before the notices were processed and mailed. These members will still receive their mailed notices.
