Neighborhood Clean Up: April 22

The Beautification and Maintenance Committees will be hosting a neighborhood cleanup on Saturday April 22nd, 8-11am.

Residents are asked to meet at the southeast corner of the Delaware Street bridge on Fall Creek Pkwy South Drive.

KIB will be assisting with the Beautification Committee cleanup project in the Fall Creek Orchard area. KIB will supply bags , gloves and a dumpster. Marion County Health Dept. will have for the Maintenance Committee shovels & brooms available for our residents to clean curbs and clear out drains.

Thank you to the neighbors for your time and help with our neighborhood clean up!

Social Committee Members:

The FCP HOA is seeking residents to be part of the Social Committee. Looking for individuals that would enjoy planning & creating neighborhood events within Fall Creek Place.

Current neighborhood events:

  • Easter Egg Hunt

  • Movie in the Park ( Summer & Fall )

  • Fourth of July Picnic

  • Halloween Parade of Costumes

New ideas for events to encourage neighborhood engagement is welcome.

Snow Removal in Alleyways:

The Fall Creek Place Homeowners Association provides snow removal in the neighborhood alleys in the event snow accumulations in excess of three inches. The winter storm for Wednesday indicates the need for snow removal Wednesday evening and/or Thursday. 

PLEASE REMOVE ALL TRASH CANS AND OTHER ITEMS FROM ALLEYWAYS PRIOR TO THE WINTER STORM TO HELP WITH THE SNOW REMOVAL.

Please note that this service does not include the removal of snow from sidewalks & driveways. Alleyway plowing may cause some snow to be push into driveways.
