Neighborhood Alleyway Snow Removal:

Fall Creek Place Residents:

We will have L A Landscape handling the snow removal in the FCP neighborhood alleyways. The crew will be in the neighborhood late Monday night into early Tuesday morning.

We are asking residents to remove their trash cans away from the alleyway to make room for the snow plows. They will not be plowing residents’ driveway or sidewalks.

2024 & 2025 HOA Assessments:

Reminder for all Fall Creek Place HOA members that 2024 assessments are due by December 31, 2024 to avoid a late fee ($75.00) applied to your account.

Please email C2 Services at fallcreekplace@gmail.com to confirm if your account is current or has an outstanding balance.

At the annual Fall Creek Place HOA meeting on November 25th, the FCP HOA Board approved the 2025 annual assessments to continue to be $225.00.
