Snow Removal in Alleyways:

The Fall Creek Place Homeowners Association provides snow removal in the neighborhood alleys in the event snow accumulations in excess of three inches. The winter storm for Wednesday indicates the need for snow removal Wednesday evening and/or Thursday. 

PLEASE REMOVE ALL TRASH CANS AND OTHER ITEMS FROM ALLEYWAYS PRIOR TO THE WINTER STORM TO HELP WITH THE SNOW REMOVAL.

Please note that this service does not include the removal of snow from sidewalks & driveways. Alleyway plowing may cause some snow to be push into driveways.

New Fall Creek Place HOA Board Members:

At the annual Fall Creek Place HOA meeting, three open board positions was filled. Roy Shawhan was re-elected for another term, and Molly Connor & John McElwee was elected for the first time to the board.

Spooky Kids Parade: Sunday Oct. 31

The annual Spooky Kids Parade will be on Sunday October 14th, from 4- 530pm. Costumes are encouraged for both kids & parents. Tricks & treats will be handed out at Craig Kids’ Park!

Stump Removal: Friday Oct. 14

Stump grinding will occur this Friday October 14, along Penn, Talbott & Delaware streets. The stumps are from the trees that were cut down a couple of weeks ago.

Please have vehicles remove removed from 8am - 6pm to allow access for the tree company to remove the stumps.

Annual HOA Meeting: Wednesday Nov. 16

The annual HOA meeting will be held in person at the Oaks Academy at 2301 Park Avenue, and will be held from 7pm - 8pm. The FCP HOA Board will present the 2023 budget and vote to confirm the ‘23 budget. Also, the HOA members will be electing new board officers. More information will be mailed to FCP HOA members.
