Circle City Property Management & Development will host ‘on site’ meeting with Fall Creek Place residents concerning the proposed Citizen’s Park Apartments at 2228 College Avenue lot. The meeting will be held on Wednesday April 21, from 530pm - 7pm. Representatives from the FCP HOA Board and Citizen’s Park Steering Committee will be in attendance. The HOA Board meets monthly on the second Monday of each month. Meeting starts at 7pm and last one hour. Board meetings are open for public viewing, and if time allows the HOA Board may accommodate public comment.

Garden Committee: College Ave Bridge Clean Up
Fall Creek Place Garden Committee will host a clean up at the College Avenue Bridge on the morning of Saturday, April 17 at 9am. We will be mowing, trimming, and picking up trash. Volunteers are asked to bring any tools they feel would be helpful. Come join us for our first project of the season and meet your awesome Fall Creek neighbors. Thanks!

Fall Creek Place Spring Clean Up: Saturday April 10
Fall Creek Place Maintenance Committee with KIB is holding the annual Neighborhood Spring Clean Up, on Saturday, April 10 at 9am. Volunteers will meet at Craig Kid’s Park at 23rd St. & Alabama St. Committee members will be distributing gloves, tools, trash bags, and snacks.

The Fall Creek Place Social Committee is hosting the annual Easter egg hunt on Saturday April 3rd. The event starts at 10am at the Arboretum at 23rd Street & Broadway Street. Residents are requested to bring their basket/bag to collect eggs, and face masks are required. Thank you!

- Voted two new members to the HOA Board
- Approved the 2021 budget, details available under the ‘Homeowners’ Association’ tab
- Social Committee to host more events in the parks, such as ‘Movie Night’
- The development of multi-family residents at 25th St. /Delaware St. & 27th St./College Ave.
- Removal of dead trees & stumps along Pennsylvania St., Talbott St., and Delaware Street.
- Improving green space along Fall Creek Pkwy
- A new neighborhood landscaping & lawn care company: MY Landscaping & Lawn Care
