Reminder for all Fall Creek Place HOA members that 2023 assessments are due by December 31, 2023 to avoid a late fee ($75.00) applied to your account.

At the annual Fall Creek Place HOA meeting on November 15th, the FCP HOA Board approved the 2024 annual assessments to be $225.00. Members can make an online payment for 2022 & 2023 assessments until December 31, 2023. On January 1, 2024, both 2023 (with late fee) & 2024 assessments can be paid online: Dues Payment

The 2024 annual assessment notices will be mailed to all members in late spring. To have your assessment notices mailed to a different address other than your FCP property, please email your prefered mailing address to fallcreekplace@gmail.com
