FCP FOUNDATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The FCP Foundation is governed by five directors that serve one-year terms.  Directors are appointed annually by the FCP HOA Board of Directors.  Three directors must be members of the FCP HOA, while two need only be residents of the FCP neighborhood at large.  To facilitate communication between the FCP HOA and FCP Foundation boards, one director must serve on both boards.  Board positions are all voluntary and receive no compensation.
