| If there's one thing that makes downtown
neighborhoods unique, it's the variety of homes you find in
them. Keeping that in mind, Fall Creek Place has gathered
together two local homebuilders (Minkis
Homes and Vintage Homes) to make
sure this new downtown community is as varied and unique as
possible. You won’t find any cookie-cutter homes here. For
new single-family homes, you can select from 30 different
models and work with the builder to customize to your
heart’s content! Historic Landmarks Foundation of
Indiana is refurbishing the exteriors of
several historic homes that are for sale. Also, an
occasional for-sale home that builders have completed will
be available for immediate purchase.
