There are 44 available single family homesites along Broadway Avenue and 15 single family homesites available along College Avenue. Additionally, there are 5 single family homesites scattered throughout Phase 4 set aside for affordable homes, for buyers earning at or below 80% of median income.

Phase 4 also includes up to 40 new attached townhomes along College Avenue, and half of all townhome units will be set aside for affordable homebuyers.
